East: Silverado Country Fair tabbed for Oct. 3-4

fairThe 39th Annual Silverado Country Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 3-4, at the Silverado Community Center, 27641 Silverado Canyon Road.

A music fest will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on the Saturday. The two-day event features a parade, live music, vendors, food and children’s games and contests.

Admission will be $4 for adults and $2 for children under 12. Music fest tickets will be $5.

Proceeds go to children’s charities and the Silverado Library. Last year’s event raised more than $7,000.
